Nazmeen was instructed by Emma Davies at the RCN to represent a registrant nurse at the NMC. The nurse faced a number of charges including one of a sexual nature, all of which was denied.

During a 7-day hearing, Nazmeen cross-examined multiple witnesses, including a vulnerable witness. Her submissions before the panel at the Fact Stage focused on the many inconsistencies in the complainant’s account and as such, the witness should not be believed. The Panel found none of the charges proved, highlighting the inconsistencies Nazmeen had set out in her submissions.
