We are delighted to announce that Elizabeth Spence has been appointed a Deputy District Judge, sitting on the South Eastern Circuit. This is a part-time appointment and Elizabeth will continue to practise as a barrister.

Elizabeth is well known for her representation of clients in financial proceedings which involve complicated business arrangements or inherited assets. She also handles complex children law matters, including cases of abuse and parental alienation.
