The Supreme Court has today handed down its Judgment in Unger and another (in substitution for Hasan) v Ul-Hasan (deceased and another) [2023] UKSC 22.
W’s appeal was unanimously dismissed, with the Supreme Court deciding that W’s unadjudicated Part III claim did not survive the death of the H.
