Pump Court Chambers Property Team is delighted to invite you to our latest lockdown lecture ‘The impact of PD 51Z on residential possession proceedings, where are we now?’ In this webinar the speakers: James Byrne and Alice Scott, will consider the practical issues for preparing for residential possession claims once the stay is lifted and what might be done in the interim. It is intended as a practical guide for solicitors dealing with residential possession, mortgage possession and social housing possessions. It may also be of interest to residential private landlords, housing associations, local authorities and any other organisation representing individual resident tenants.
