Jennifer Lee; Barrister at Pump Court Chambers Jennifer Lee is a specialist family law practitioner, with a thriving practice in the area of family finance. Sehjal Gupta; Private Client Tax Director at Menzies LLP Sehjal Gupta has more than 15 years’ experience in private client tax and over the years has worked in firms of all sizes giving her the opportunity to have clients from varying backgrounds and jurisdictions. Her expertise is in advising clients with international aspects to their tax affairs including reviewing residency and domicile issues. Over the years, Sehjal’s interest has increased in family matters including IHT planning and divorce. Paul Smethurst, Partner Forensic Services at Menzies LLP Paul Smethurst is a highly regarded accounting expert witness and has given evidence in Court, arbitration and other formal hearings. He has been appointed on numerous occasions as a single joint expert in divorce proceedings usually in connection with business / share valuation.
