Pump Court Chambers are pleased to announce our Court of Protection (COP) Dorset seminar on Wednesday15th November 2017, at The Green House Hotel in Bournemouth. This seminar is designed to provide  a valuable and in-depth update on the law, practice and procedure in this area. Building on the success of last year’s seminar and our more recent seminar in Spring 2017, the upcoming seminar will not only include comprehensive updates on health & welfare, property & affairs and deprivation of liberty, but will also include more specialist topics such as medical treatment in the COP and a masterclass on fact finding hearings.
