Call: 2022
Tayla’s practice focuses on both private and public children proceedings.
Tayla regularly represents and advises parents, and wider family members at all stages of Children Act proceedings, including where there are serious allegations of domestic abuse, substance misuse, the involvement of the Local Authority and temporary leave to remove applications.
In public law proceedings Tayla has particular experience in representing parents and children with additional and complex needs, including Autism, ADHD and BPD, as well as representing those who need the assistance of an interpreter when English is not their first language.
Tayla prides herself on building a report with her clients and providing consistency of representation in assisting clients for the duration of proceedings.
