Emonye is a Pupil in the Civil Team and accepts instructions in the following areas:

Emonye appears in small claim and fast track trials, as well as interlocutory applications, CMCs, possession hearings, orders for sale hearings, winding up petitions, bankruptcy petitions and applications to set-aside statutory demands.

Emonye transfers to the English Bar with considerable years of experience at the Nigerian Bar. He is an effective and amiable advocate with an assiduous work ethic. He holds an LLM in Construction Law from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is also Prince2 Practitioner certified and has hands-on site management experience.

Emonye is also a notary public in Nigeria and can take depositions in accordance with Nigerian law and for use in Nigeria or Nigeria-related matters.
