Elena is a private family law specialist practitioner, who joined Chambers following successful completion of her probationary tenancy commencing October 2022.
Her practice spans all areas of private family law, including matrimonial finance, private children law, and Family Law Act applications. Elena has been instructed in matters including all stages of private children disputes (from FHDRA to Final Hearing), matrimonial finance matters including FDR and Final Hearing, and Family Law Act injunction proceedings.
Elena previously worked as a paralegal for a Band 1 Family firm of solicitors where she worked on high-value matrimonial finance cases. She also provided pro bono assistance in private children matters whilst completing her Bar studies.
Elena has received particular praise on her thorough and detailed approach and her client care skills.
