Joint First Junior Criminal Clerk
Ben Harfield is second-in-command of our Criminal Clerking Team. Ben joined us in 2007 after working for a number of years as a Legal Executive at a solicitors’ practice in Winchester. This has given him an in-depth knowledge of the legal system which has proved invaluable as he is able to appreciate our solicitors’ viewpoints.
In addition to his daily duties of diary management, billing and work allocation, Ben is closely involved in the promotion and marketing of the criminal team. He is also the point of contact for all Public Access enquiries for the criminal team.
