Two women made complaints to the police that the defendant had exposed his penis and masturbated in front of them when they were children. When the defendant was arrested for their complaints, a DNA sample was taken by the police. Ths DNA sample was found to match a semen sample from a case from the early 2000’s where a previously unidentified man had masturbated in front of a 10-year-old boy in the woods. The defendant was unanimously convicted of seven charges in respect of three victims.
