The allegations were that on a night out the man grabbed a woman’s bottom and touched her vagina over clothing. Afterwards, he was alleged to have gone to her house, sat in her lap and put his hand between her legs. The complainant’s partner gave evidence that he had witnessed the second alleged incident.
