Lucie Taylor, instructed by Hill Twine solicitors, represented a client accused of intentional strangulation against his brother in the context of an ongoing family feud.

It was alleged that the complainant had been strangled using full force for a minute. The defence was that the allegation had been fabricated. Ms Taylor cross-examined the complainant on differing accounts given and the significant background of ill feeling between the brothers.

After less than an hour of deliberation, the jury returned a not guilty verdict.
