We are very pleased to announce that Louisa Simpson has been appointed to the Panel of Prosecutors of Notaries by the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury.
The Faculty Office, on behalf of the Master of the Faculties, appoints and regulates notaries in England and Wales. Notaries are the oldest profession of lawyer in England and Wales, whose principal role is to attest the authenticity of deeds and other legal documents for use abroad. Louisa has been appointed to the panel to prosecute complaints of serious misconduct by notaries.
