Louisa Simpson has been recruited to the Football Association of Ireland’s Disciplinary Pool, as Legal Representative. She will form part of the FAI’s Disciplinary Committees, responsible for hearing alleged breaches of the Disciplinary Regulations in the FAI Handbook (and appeals). She joins Adam Gadd of Pump Court Chambers, who is Chair of the FAI’s Disciplinary Committee and an established member of the Disciplinary Panel. They will deal with high-profile and contentious sporting matters on a regular and often urgent basis.
