Pump Court’s Cohabitation Team deals with disputes between unmarried couples under TOLATA or Schedule 1. Our Team is uniquely placed in the Family Law market to offer expertise in both areas, with our strength in Family Finance and traditional Chancery work, in order to navigate the distinct procedural and legal complexities for cohabiting couples.

Many members of the team feature in the legal directories and have been involved in important recent cases such as Stacey v McNicholas.

We have several trained mediators, evaluators and pFDR tribunals who can offer cross-jurisdictional NCDR services, ensuring that all bases of your client’s case are covered.
