Our Personal Injury barristers have extensive experience in the common personal injury areas of road-traffic accidents, including those involving a criminal offence, employers’ liability, product liability, “slips and trips” and occupiers’ liability, as well as all other accident and disease cases from minor traumas to catastrophic or life-changing injuries. We have also developed particular expertise in cases involving allegations of fraud, fundamental dishonesty, and credit-hire litigation.

Members of our Personal Injury team appear before a variety of courts and tribunals including the County Court, High Court, Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority and the appellate courts. We are active as executive committee members of the Personal Injury Bar Association (PIBA) and are regularly published in print and online.

We also provide a comprehensive seminar program to individual firms of solicitors and other professional bodies and representative organisations, as well as bespoke and online seminars, to enhance the understanding of this fast-changing field of law.
