Ecclesiastical & Religious Law

Our Ecclesiastical & Religious Law team brings technical expertise and a practical, problem-solving approach to a wide range of matters concerning the ecclesiastical law of the Church of England.

We have particular experience in providing advice and representation in faculty proceedings in Consistory Courts and the Court of Arches, and in Clergy Discipline Tribunals. We are also experienced in advising on religious liberty claims under the Human Rights Act.
