Our Clinical Negligence team provide specialist advice and advocacy to both claimants and defendants in all aspects of clinical negligence law and related areas.
We are frequently instructed in high value matters and have particular expertise in dental/maxillofacial claims, renal work (with a detailed understanding of mitrofanoff surgery) and psychiatric claims.
Our barristers are regularly instructed in claims involving; doctors, dentists, nurses and other health care professionals.
Whilst predominantly instructed in claimant work, we act for both patients and their families and health care bodies.
We are sought after for our ability to conduct complex litigation and present complex injuries and the underlining issues in plain English.
In the wider healthcare field, we represent families, professionals and other interested persons at coroner’s inquests and before regulatory bodies.
