Chambers benefits from having a range of practitioners who prosecute and defend in criminal fraud trials as well as those who act in civil fraud litigation throughout the UK. Consequently members are well versed in the evidence gathering aspects of fraud litigation.

The work done by the team ranges from motor insurance fraud, exaggerated injury and fundamental dishonesty to complex multi jurisdictional disputes. Members can advise on issues of indemnity coverage, actions for deceit, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of trust and general issues of misfeasance.

Our expertise encompasses both the preliminary investigative aspect of criminal and civil fraud to freezing injunctions, asset recovery and committals.

We are able to advise and act in the criminal, civil and regulatory aspects of fraud disputes.
