Chambers is pleased to announce that Jennifer Lee will be part of the Bar Council delegation to the UAE next week and will be speaking at the family law conference in Dubai on 16th September. Jennifer will be speaking on international forum disputes in financial cases in England & Wales and the UAE, with Charles Hale KC, Duncan Brooks KC, Byron James, and Dr. Hassan Elhais.
Speakers from the UAE and the Bar of England and Wales will share comparative perspectives and highlight recent legal developments. The day will include a keynote address from the British Embassy and will close with a networking reception, which will be a chance to build connections across both jurisdictions.
