We are delighted to announce that Jennifer Lee has been shortlisted for “Family Law Junior Barrister of the Year” at the LexisNexis Family Law Awards 2026. The awards recognise outstanding achievements and contributions within the field of family law.
Jennifer is a specialist family law practitioner with a thriving practice in financial remedies. She is frequently instructed to represent (ultra) high-net-worth clients in cases involving family businesses, inherited wealth, substantial pensions, nuptial agreements, and trusts. Many of her cases involve tax complications and international elements. She is top-ranked in the leading directories, and is named as one of a few “Recommended” family law barristers in the UK in the Spear’s 500 Legal Index (Spear’s “Best Family Law Barristers 2026”). Jennifer writes for leading legal publications, and is often invited to speak at conferences in the UK and abroad. She sits on the Financial Remedies Journal Editorial Board and is joint-Editor of the Family Law Reports. She also sits as a fee-paid Judge of the Tax Chamber (FTT).
