We are delighted to announce that the Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Lord Justice Dingemans, has appointed Heather Platt to be a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Health, Education and Social Care Chamber, with effect from 2nd March 2026.
Heather will be known as Tribunal Judge Platt. She was called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 2002. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2021 and has been head of Pump Court’s Employment team since 2012.
