Defendant represented by Sarah Jones KC and Mark Ashley, acquitted of murder at Woolwich Crown Court. The Defendant admitted stabbing his brother 5 times in self-defence but denied any intention to kill or seriously injure. The jury convicted the defendant of manslaughter. Sentencing was adjourned to a later date.
