Jennifer leads the Court of Protection Team in Chambers, having an interest in the Court of Protection and capacity matters, particularly where they overlap with related divorce/ financial remedies proceedings. She has appeared in COP cases involving applications for orders concerning property and affairs, including those where divorce proceedings are afoot. She has been instructed to advise/represent clients in cases where one spouse/partner has lost capacity in related family proceedings. Jennifer has also acted in difficult cases concerning personal welfare and deprivation of liberty, and in urgent cases involving medical treatment.
