Helen and Henry presented a webinar on equitable accounting in cohabitation cases, explaining the legal principles and processes for dividing assets and accounting for financial actions during relationships. The Webinar covered various aspects of equitable accounting, including fiduciary relationships, trust arrangements, and the assessment of equitable compensation, with a specific focus on how these principles apply to cohabitation situations. The webinar concluded with discussions on occupation rent, mortgage agreements, and the importance of fact-sensitive considerations in determining financial responsibilities between former cohabitants.
