Christopher Pix’s client was acquitted of a s18 GBH assault after a 3-day trial at Salisbury Crown Court.
His client, a serving prisoner at HMP Guys Marsh, was alleged to have attacked a fellow inmate with a weapon. The complainant’s face was severely broken and his cheek was indented. The whole assault was captured on CCTV within the prison wing.
