Christopher Pix was the prosecutor in a serious sex case involving multiple counts of rape. The defendant was convicted unanimously by a jury following a five-day trial in Bournemouth.
The 70-year-old defendant was found guilty of 7 counts of sexually assaulting both his stepdaughter and step granddaughter in an indictment that spanned from 1981 to 2012.
The complexity in the case was largely due to allegations that went back to the 1980s and the effect the intervening decades had had on the victims’ memories.
The defendant will be sentenced in May.
Christopher was instructed by the CPS. He has a wealth of experience prosecuting and defending a wide range of offences.
