Christopher Pix was instructed in two trials within weeks of each other. He defended in both trials and secured acquittals in both.

In the first trial, held at Winchester Crown Court at the end of March, his client was accused of both physical and sexual assault against a friend. It was alleged that after assaulting her, the defendant ran naked through his building. The jury unanimously acquitted him of two counts on the indictment. Christopher was instructed by Wessex Solicitors.

Following a trial in Swindon Crown Court a different client was accused of 8 counts of physical and sexual assault against his then partner. The judge discharged the jury on two counts and the jury acquitted the defendant of the remaining six counts, including sexual assault by penetration, sexual assault, and two counts of ABH. In the second of the ABH counts, D was alleged to have burned the complainant’s leg with a crack cocaine pipe. He was instructed by Niall Theobald of T and G Solicitors.
