Casey Chard, instructed by Bob Scott of Richard Griffiths & Co, represented a Non-Commissioned Officer at a Court Martial sitting at Catterick who was charged with two offences of possessing a controlled drug whilst deployed on operational service in Iraq.

Upon hearing the evidence, the Board swiftly returned not guilty verdicts in respect of both charges.
