Sir Jonathan Cohen’s practice as a barrister comprised both high-value financial and complex child law cases. As a full-time High Court Judge, he presided over numerous significant financial disputes, handling directions hearings, Financial Dispute Resolution (FDR) appointments, and final hearings.
