Palak is a probationary tenant and accepts instructions in civil, criminal and family law.

Palak appears in small claim and fast-track trials, as well as interlocutory applications, CMCs, possession hearings, orders for sale hearings, winding up petitions, bankruptcy petitions, and applications to set-aside statutory demands.

Prior to pupillage, Palak worked with Linklaters as a paralegal with the Anti-Trust and Foreign Investment Group. Before coming to the Bar, Palak read Economics at the University of Cambridge and has extensive commercial experience across a number of sectors, and in various roles.
