Natalya Evans

Call: 2022

"I have instructed Natalya on several matters involving both children and finances. On every occasion, I have found her to be calm, articulate and exceptionally well prepared. She is reassuring with clients, yet her advocacy is persuasive and fearless."

Instructing Solicitor

Natalya Evans is a specialist family law barrister accepting instructions across its full spectrum, including matrimonial finance, private and public children proceedings, Family Law Act applications, Schedule 1 Children Act claims, and matters before the High Court exercising its inherent jurisdiction. She is regularly instructed in final hearings and has experience of fact-finding hearings involving serious allegations of domestic abuse.

Natalya completed pupillage at a leading family law set in London, where she assisted in matters ranging from high-value financial remedy disputes to care proceedings involving allegations of non-accidental injury. She previously worked as a paralegal at a boutique family law firm, gaining experience in high-net-worth divorce, pre-nuptial agreements and cases involving allegations of parental alienation.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Natalya worked in Parliament, later serving as a political adviser to senior government figures including the Secretary of State for Justice.

Alongside her practice, she regularly undertakes pro bono work.
