Natalya Evans

Natalya Evans is a specialist family law practitioner and accepts instructions across its full spectrum, including matrimonial finance, private and public children, Schedule 1 Children Act proceedings, Family Law Act applications, and matters before the High Court under its inherent jurisdiction. She has acted in multi-day fact-finding hearings and is regularly instructed in final hearings, with experience in cases involving allegations of domestic abuse and complex factual disputes.

She completed pupillage at a leading family law set in October 2025, assisting in a broad range of matters, from high-value financial remedy disputes to care proceedings involving allegations of serious non-accidental injury.

Natalya worked as a paralegal at a boutique family law firm in Mayfair, where she gained experience across a wide range of private family law matters, particularly high-net-worth divorce, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and allegations of parental alienation.

Before coming to the Bar, Natalya worked as a political adviser to senior figures in government, including the Secretary of State for Justice. She regularly undertakes pro bono work alongside her practice.

Natalya speaks fluent conversational Russian.
