Natalya Evans is a probationary tenant, specialising in both children and financial matters. She accepts instructions across all areas of family law, including matrimonial finance, private children, public children, and applications under the Family Law Act.
She successfully completed her pupillage at a leading family law set in October 2025, where she assisted in a broad range of matters, from complex high-value financial remedy disputes to care proceedings involving allegations of serious non-accidental injury.
Prior to commencing pupillage, Natalya worked as a paralegal at a boutique family law firm in Mayfair. She gained experience across the full spectrum of private family law matters, with particular emphasis on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and allegations of parental alienation.
Natalya draws on her previous experience as a political adviser to senior figures in government, including the Secretary of State for Justice. Alongside her practice, she regularly undertakes pro bono work and contributes to Family Law Week and the Family Law Journal.
Natalya speaks fluent conversational Russian.
