Meghan specialises in all aspects of children law, with a particular emphasis on public and private children cases.
Within public law, Meghan has a varied practice, accepting instructions on behalf of parents, children, intervenors and local authorities. She is regularly instructed in cases involving serious allegations of neglect, sexual abuse, deprivation of liberty and non-accidental injury.
Meghan’s practice includes all aspects of private children proceedings, including disputes involving domestic abuse, coercive control, implacable hostility to contact, mental health difficulties and substance misuse issues.
Meghan has a particular interest in ensuring vulnerable clients are able to navigate proceedings and properly advance their case. She is known for her ability to successfully build a rapport with clients and to make them feel at ease.
