Before fully qualifying as a barrister Jesse worked as a paralegal at a West London law firm and enjoyed a successful career in legal recruitment in the City.

Jesse regularly appears in the family court and has gained experience across a broad range of family proceedings including family finance and private law children matters. He accepts instructions at all stages of proceedings, from first hearing to final hearing.
Obtaining a specific issue order that allowed a maternal grandmother to take her grandchild on a Caribbean holiday, despite strong opposition from the child’s mother.
Successfully resisting an application for a charging order against the respondent father’s property in respect of unpaid child maintenance.
Securing a finding that an allegation of sexual assault against the applicant in children proceedings was in fact ‘false and malicious.

Jesse appears in Employment Tribunals and Disciplinary hearings across a wide range of industries and sectors.
Jesse has a strong grounding in sports law and football related matters in particular. He has advised and represented individuals, clubs and organisations throughout the sports industry in both disputes and transactional matters including sponsorship and commercial agreements.
Jesse regularly advises on and negotiates transfers and contractual terms for football players and clubs from the Premier League and throughout the English Football pyramid.
