Isabella Thomas-Kelly is a family law practitioner specialising in both private children and financial matters. Isabella accepts instructions across all areas of family law, including matrimonial finance, TOLATA, private children law, international private children law, and Family Law Act applications.
Isabella was previously employed at a family law firm specialising in divorce for HNW individuals and private children matters. This included cases in the High Court covering complex business assets, conduct, and s.37 applications.
She went on to complete her pupillage at a leading family set in October 2024 whilst writing for the FRJ and undertaking pro-bono work.
