Frances is a common law pupil.
During pupillage, Frances has gained experience in family, civil and criminal law.
Prior to pupillage, Frances worked for a trade union in their regulatory department. She assisted in preparing cases for hearings, evaluating evidence and drafting submissions involving a variety of regulators. Prior to this, she conducted political finance investigations and worked as a paralegal.
Frances has experience in pro bono cases. She has represented clients in the First-Tier Tribunal. At university, she provided advice at her university law clinic, and taught debating to local schoolchildren.
