• SPA v C (5-day trial, Court Martial, 2023): ten witnesses gave evidence supporting the prosecution case that C drove his car at a group and then attacked them with a machete. Not guilty verdicts on all charges.
• R v U (5-day trial, Southwark Crown Court, 2022): Allegation of sexual assault in domestic context. Not guilty verdict.
• R v D (4-day trial, Snaresbrook Crown Court, 2022): Allegation of assault by penetration in a domestic context. Not guilty verdict.
• R v M (3-day trial, Portsmouth Crown Court, 2022): Allegations of grievous bodily harm and actual bodily harm. Not guilty verdicts.
• SPA v T (3-day multi-handed trial, Court Martial, 2022): Crown offered no evidence before the conclusion of their case, after cross-examination of all its witnesses. Not guilty verdict.
• R v C (5-day trial, Portsmouth Crown Court, 2021): Allegation of coercive and controlling behaviour in an intimate relationship. Not guilty verdict.
