Chambers is pleased to announce that Albert Gibbon has been appointed as a member of the Bowls England Disciplinary Panel. 

Albert will hear cases, as part of a panel, relating to serious misconduct within the sport which can involve harassment, discrimination, violence, or behaviour which brings the sport into disrepute.
