The nature of our work means that we handle, store, transport or send personal data on a daily basis, much of it ‘Sensitive Personal Data’ as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) / Data Protection Act 2018 . Pump Court Chambers and all its members comply with the requirements of the Act. We have a Data Protection Policy and all members of chambers – barristers, clerks and staff – are required to read it and adhere to its principles.
