
Paul Mertens led by Tom Forster KC (18 Red Lion Chambers) acted initially as Advocates to the Court, and then as Special Advocates for the Media Defendants, in unprecedented proceedings before the High Court and Court of Appeal where a super injunction (against the world) was granted preventing the disclosure of the fact of the release of a data set, in the case of Ministry of Defence v Global Media and Entertainment and Others, KB-2023-003361.
