Jennifer Lee to speak at the inaugural TL4 International HNW Divorce & Children Summit in Portugal

Jennifer Lee will be speaking at the inaugural ThoughtLeaders4 International HNW Divorce & Children Summit, taking place in Lisbon from 1-2^nd July.

The focus of the conference is on international family and divorce law and its impact on other legal sectors, bringing together leading practitioners from key jurisdictions around the globe.

Jennifer Lee will be speaking on the topic of “Navigating Modern Families”, alongside Jennifer Headon, Head of International Family at Birketts, and Katie Newbury, Partner at Kingsley Napley. The panel discussion will cover legal recognition of surrogacy arrangements in different jurisdictions; the impact of evolving family structures on divorce proceedings (and financial provision for children); citizenship and parental rights issues for children born through international surrogacy; and ethical and legal dilemmas in modern family–building practices.
