Pump Court Chambers welcomes four new tenants

We are delighted to announce that Rukan Hazar, Palak Sikri, Isabella Thomas-Kelly and Emily Chapman have accepted offers to join chambers, following the successful completion of their probationary tenancies.

Rukan Hazar (2019 call) accepts instructions at all stages of litigation in family, civil, and criminal proceedings. In family proceedings, she accepts instructions in matrimonial finance, private and public children law, and Family Law Act applications. In civil matters, she accepts instructions in breach of contract, personal injury/RTA, claims under Consumer Credit Act 1974, employment and discrimination law, property law, credit hire, debt recovery, personal and corporate insolvency, general commercial disputes, and infant settlement hearings. In criminal matters, she accepts instructions in the Magistrates Court and the Crown Court.

Palak Sikri (2021 call) accepts instructions in civil, criminal and family law. Expressly in civil law, she is developing a broad practice and accepts instructions in: General Commercial Disputes, Breach of Contract, Civil Fraud, Employment & Discrimination, Claims under the Consumer Credit Act, Credit Hire, Debt recovery, Personal and Corporate Insolvency, Property and Personal Injury.

Isabella Thomas-Kelly (2021 call) is a family law practitioner specialising in both children and financial matters. Isabella accepts instructions across all areas of family law, including matrimonial finance, TOLATA, private children law, public children law and Family Law Act applications.

Emily Chapman (2023 call) is a specialist family practitioner and accepts instructions across all areas of family law, including financial remedies, private children, public children and applications brought under TOLATA and FLA 1996.
