Mark Ruffell, leading Charles Gabb, prosecuted five members of the ‘Scouse Dave Line’ drugs gang, who were convicted of conspiracy to supply Class A drugs between Liverpool, Gosport and Plymouth. The gang leaders, Anthony and Brian Siner, were jailed for a combined total of over 30 years.

Police seized four kilograms of drugs and more than £30,000 in cash, along with weapons.

Over the course of 15 months, between 2022 and 2023, the network sold at least 34.6kg of crack cocaine and heroin in Gosport and Plymouth.

A total of 17 conspirators have plead guilty to offences related to the gang, with those sentenced so far receiving more than 74 years in prison combined. A further six members of the gang are set to be sentenced at later dates.
