Pump Court Chambers specialist Employment team is delighted to invite you to their Annual Employment Law Seminar in Canterbury on Thursday 13th February 2025 from 1.00pm – 5.00pm.

Fergus McCombie (1999 call)

Fergus specialises in employment law and commercial litigation, with additional expertise in cyber, technology and data cases. His practice spans the full range of employment matters, from statutory tribunal claims for dismissal, detriment or discrimination, through to High Court business protection work and intra-company disputes.  It encompasses confidentiality and restrictive covenant infringement, partnership and LLP breakdown, collective rights and professional regulation.

Ezra Macdonald has a broad civil practice, with particular expertise in employment, commercial, and property law. Rebecca is a civil barrister specialising in employment and regulation. Having undertaken a specialist third six pupillage in chambers’ Employment Team, Rebecca has developed a steady employment practice. She has experience drafting complex pleadings and representing clients in cases including issues of discrimination, dismissal, protective awards, and worker status.

Registration and a buffet lunch will take place from 1:00pm, plus there will be an opportunity for networking over drinks after the seminar.

Attendance from the clerking team will include James Wackett (Senior Civil Clerk) and Dean Cunniff (1st Junior Civil Clerk).
