Lucy Davis was instructed by the appellant father in this High Court Appeal Before Mr Justice Hayden. Lucy was successful in appealing a judgment made following a final hearing in an international relocation case. The respondent’s counsel in the relocation matter had previously met the appellant at a social event and then communicated with him by text and email about the case. A rehearing of the final hearing was ordered.
