Jo Conroy-Helstrip attacked John and Anne Arthur, both 65, in a fit of ‘extreme anger’ after they briefly obstructed the road to unload musical equipment from their vehicle into their home in Winchester. Whilst his pregnant girlfriend and daughter waited In the car, Conroy-Helstrip punched Mr Arthur repeatedly to the head, knocking him unconscious, then broke Mrs Arthur’s nose after she came to her husband’s defence, for which he was sentenced to four and a half years.
