Isabella Thomas-Kelly joins Pump Court as a probationary tenant

We are delighted to announce that Isabella Thomas-Kelly has joined our family team as a probationary tenant. Isabella is a family law practitioner specialising in both children and financial matters. She successfully completed her pupillage at a leading family set in October 2024.

Isabella accepts instructions across all areas of family law, including matrimonial finance, TOLATA, private children law, public children law and Family Law Act applications.

During her pupillage, she was instructed on a range of matters, including both private children and financial remedy trials. Alongside her pupillage, Isabella worked pro bono for Advocate and completed case summaries for the Financial Remedies Journal.

Prior to pupillage, Isabella paralegalled for two years at a family firm specialising in complex matrimonial finance and private children matters. Here, she ran her own cases under the supervision of the senior partner. These included complex business assets and allegations of domestic abuse and alienation.
